Abstract

Youth motivation could be a perception, zeal and enthusiasm as intrinsic or extrinsic that gives rise to a modern new change of youth liberation to have interest in leadership style. Qualitative method is applied and geared towards problem identification, research questions, data collection, interpretation and presentation of findings. The phenomenon sorts to underline the meaning of structuring for a phenomenon of youth motivation and transformational leadership styles. The important of a phenomenon is used to transfer the particularity and clarifies the issues of investigation, by articulating what these experiences are and what are the fundamental insights these experiences reveals. The purposeful sample is used and 20 participants were suggested to participate in the study. The transformational leadership styles could be opted to the application of new experiences, skills and training gained to enhance effective and efficient organizational or societal development that bring about innovation, modernization into our community as a result of new ideas, and vision to carry the people along into the new era of life. Leadership has been taken at every perspective of life, the upbringing of social, religious and communal leadership always occurred at different unforeseen circumstances. Youth has been seen as an instrument for viable leadership which prompted the youth participation; emancipation and empowered them to develop strategies in a various organization, local, state and federal setting as an icon of leadership position and agitate to lead in societal affairs. Transformational leadership is accepted at transcending and transforming individual from followership into leadership which youth motivation tend to achieved and adopted in modern lifestyle. Therefore, youth motivation for transformational leadership is geared toward an attainment and desired skills, experiences, ideas and zeal for perception of ideological aim and objective to carry the people along in order to achieve the organizational goal or attend to people need. In this situation, we assumed that intrinsic is the motivational factors that arise as a motive and motion to be enthusiasm for the youth target as a future leader.
