HPWS is a coherent HR practice system supposed to improve organizational performance by improving employee skills, motivation, and the opportunity to participate in the work .The authors chose a random sample of 400 people from ten banks in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Sudan to test the hypotheses; the research reveals a set of results, one of which is a significant positive effect among high-performance work systems according to the (AMO) model on the outcomes of human resource performance.
