Abstract

To understand pathogenesis and immune-pathogenesis of sars-cov-2 it has to pay attention to developing and evaluating simulation tools. Workers have developed number in-vitro and in-vivo simulation systems. One of which was the development and evaluation of laboratory animal models that may simulate what happened in human being during infection and post-recovery. Defense against sars-cov-2 infection in man and animals imply molecules and mechanisms expressed by the host whether man or animals. Simply organized living animal creatures expresses simpler means of defense from the simpler to more complicated life forms the defense system becomes more sophisticated and built in.
