Abstract

Not all of the developed vaccines developed found effective and reached the three evaluation phases successfully when applied to man mass vaccination. Vaccine failure is expectable. One of the features of host mediated failure was the vaccine induced immune enhancement [IE]mechanisms. IE is virus vaccine induced it is either antibody dependent or T cell dependent. The mechanisms behind which are of overlapping through either promotion of infection nature and followed by disease severity through either promotion of infection or through immune and allergic overreactions. Up till now IE is expectable to be happened in vaccine in post-vaccination period but need to be assessed.
